GIGAPRIZE Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,000 shares, representing 0.8% of its share capital, for ¥50 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy and a comprehensive shareholder return plan. The share repurchase program will run until March 31, 2017. As of October 19, 2016, the company had 1,257,200 shares outstanding, excluding treasury shares, and 166,000 shares in treasury.
