Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,000 shares, representing 0.8% of its share capital, for ¥30 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to carry out a flexible capital policy and a comprehensive shareholder return policy. The share repurchase program will run until September 30, 2017. As of March 15, 2017, the company had 1,255,600 shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding and 167,600 shares in treasury.
