Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) agreed to acquire SoftVolante Co., Ltd. from Junji Fujimoto on May 14, 2018. Under the transaction, Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. acquires 600 shares representing 100% stake. As of March 2018, SoftVolante Co., Ltd. reported net liabilities of ¥16.5 million and total assets of ¥50.7 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. Contract conclusion date is scheduled on mid May 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed by end of May 2018.
