Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in Giga Tech Co., Ltd. from Hiromitsu Nakajima on October 15, 2018. Contract conclusion agreement scheduled on October 15, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. acquires 60 shares. Post transfer, Giga Tech Co., Ltd. become a wholly owned subsidiary of Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed at the end of October 2018.
