Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) concluded a contract to acquire additional 31.02% in For Members Co., Ltd. from Akinori Yano for ¥1.3 million on February 13, 2017. Under the terms, 1,329 shares will be acquired at ¥1000 per share. Post completion, Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. will hold 2,185 shares i.e. 51% stake. The Board of Directors of Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. resolved the deal on February 13, 2017. The deal is expected to close on March 31, 2017.
GIGA PRIZE CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in Internet-related services. The Company operates in two segments. The HomeIT segment provides Internet service provider (ISP) and security system service for condominium residents, and network services such as managed service provider (MSP) service and hosting service for corporations.
