Gigas Hosting, S.A. (BME:GIGA) acquired ESABE Informática Distribuida, S.L. from Valora Data S.L. for €2.3 million on March 31, 2021. ESABE Informática Distribuida, S.L. was valued at €2.3 million, of which 75% would be paid in cash up front and remaining 25%, also in cash, would be deferred over 12 months. In 2020, ESABE had revenues of €1.62 million and €0.426 million of normalized EBITDA. ESABE's staff of 14 people will join Gigas’ team. CREA Inversión acted as financial advisor, ILV Silver acted as legal advisor and PriceWaterhouseCoopers acted as accountant to Gigas.

The Company uses technology provided under global brand names, including Hewlett Packard (hp), NetApp, Cisco, Intel, and Microsoft, among others. The Company operates datacenters in Spain and the United States within Interxion and Terremark facilities.
