Gigas Hosting, S.A. (BME:GIGA) acquired T-Partner for 13.4 million on September 30, 2022. The purchase price comprises a first cash payment of 5.85 million and several deferred payments for the rest. A further payment of 1.7 million will be paid if certain growth objectives are met between 2021-2024. Gigas has used bank debt and available resources on its balance sheet to finance the operation. TPartner generated a turnover of 5.99 million and an EBITDA of 1.78 million in 2021. Jaume Xarrié Sánchez, founder of TPartner, along with his team, will join Gigas. Crea Inversión, PWC and ILV Silver advised Gigas on the purchase.

The Company operates datacenters in Spain and the United States within Interxion and Terremark facilities.
