Gillette India Limited announced that Mr. Gurcharan Das, Independent Director and Chairperson, Mr. Chittaranjan Dua, Independent Director and Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Independent Director who were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company, shall retire from the Board on completion of their second tenure effective September 28, 20240. Further, Company announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting September 27, 2024 has approved appointment of Ms. Anjuly Chib Duggal, Independent Director of the Company as Chairperson of the Board effective September 29, 2024.
