FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND

Pursuant to bye-law 140 of the bye-laws of Giordano International Limited (the "Company"), all dividends unclaimed for six years following declaration may be forfeited by the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and revert to the Company. The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") that the final dividend declared on February 27, 2014 and remaining unclaimed on or after April 14, 2020 will be forfeited and revert to the Company.

Shareholders who are entitled, but have yet to receive the dividend payments or cash in their dividend warrants in respect of the abovementioned dividend are advised to contact the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Abacus Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 14, 2020.
