Glantus Holdings PLC - Dublin-based data platform for accounts payable and shared services - Says Chief Financial Officer Grainne McKeown has stepped down from the board and left the company for "personal reasons". Promotes Executive Director Diane Gray-Smith to the role of interim CFO, effective immediately. Says the process for recruiting a full-time CFO has begun.

Gray-Smith has over 27 years of experience and a "strong track record of leading the finance function within global organisations in the technology innovation space". Prior to Glantus, she was the CFO for financial technology services company TradeIX and executive vice president & global CFO for digital wallet & trading platform Uphold Inc.

Chief Executive Officer Maurice Healy says: "I am delighted that Diane is stepping into the role of interim CFO. During her short time at Glantus she has already made a huge impact. Her experience in finance roles in a multitude of sectors will prove invaluable to Glantus as the company continues to evolve."
