NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final dividend of S$0.003 per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2021 ("FY2021") has been approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 October 2021. The Share Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5:00 p.m. on 23 December 2021 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final tax- exempt (one-tier) dividend.

Duly completed and stamped registerable transfers received by the Company's share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5:00 p.m. on 23 December 2021 (the "Record Date") will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final dividend.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares as at 5:00 p.m. on the Record Date will be entitled to the payment of the proposed dividend.

Payment of the final dividend will be made on 30 December 2021.
