1. formation / incorporation of a Private Limited Company as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary [WOS] Company with an object of providing to promote sports education and engage trainers, teachers for the development of all sports and games and such other activities as permitted and in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. formation / incorporation of a Private Limited Company as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary [WOS] Company with an object of providing hostel management services for the young community ie by providing accommodations/stays management consultancy services and such other activities as permitted and in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013.
