Global Health Limited announced the signing of Ballarat Community Health, with a committed services and licensing revenue of $370,000 for the first year. This contract will see Ballarat Community Health use Global Health's MasterCare Platform to meet key reporting requirements for the NDIS, HACC, CHSP, VADC and now VINAH programs. Ballarat Community Health are the newest name to join Global Health's growing Victorian Community Health Network in the 2020 financial year. This further extends Global Health's run of successes in this sector, with Bellarine Community Health, Sunraysia Community Health, Bass Coast Health, Monash Health and Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery already on the list of recent organizations to implement the MasterCare solution within the last 24 months. Global Health currently offer a range of services under the MasterCare name, providing assistance at the Community Health, Allied Health, Mental Health and Hospice care levels. Global Health forecast the market for Victorian Community Health to grow rapidly over the following decade, with Federal and State Governments pushing for a shift from paper-based reporting processes to electronic forms of patient management. In 2020, eight of the main Government funding programs which Global Health support, totalled approximately $37.6 billion annually, whilst the five programs adopted by community health organizations such as Ballarat accounted for approximately $30.5 billion of this funding. The ability for the MasterCare solution to cater to a range of State and Federal Government programs across Australia outlines what believe to be a competitive advantage heading into fiscal year 2021. There are limited applications that support the number of programs covered by the MasterCare solution. National programs such as PMHC, National AOD and NOCC are amongst the list of programs already supported by MasterCare for Global Health's existing clients in Western Australia, Queensland, ACT and New South Wales.
