Global Health Limited announced the execution of an agreement with NSW Department of Communities and Justice for the implementation of the company's MasterCare Client Management System (Mastercare) for the Elver Trauma Treatment Program. Global Health aims to support organizations using more secure and efficient methods to improve processes and prepare for a future of digital health. The Elver Program wanted to move away from a paper-based working environment and excel spreadsheets to an electronic clinical management system. A multi solution of MasterCare and Dashboards-as-a-Service supported this requirement while also giving the Elver Program the tools to assist clients in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma care for children and young people in Out Of Home Care (OOHC) across New South Wales. Hosted on Global Health's cloud infrastructure, Altitude Cloud Hosting, the solution will be deployed across the program's multi-disciplinary setting, providing support for Mental, Allied and Community Health providers at the client and administrative levels. The Elver Program will also become the first organisation in New South Wales to implement MasterCare's new Dashboards-as-a-Service integration. The service will be used to record patient data and assist in the reporting of patient outcome measures over the life of the program. The Dashboards-as-a-Service integration is yet another exciting addition to the MasterCare solution, providing clients with data capture and analytical benefits far superior to that of the existing paper- based reporting processes that currently plague the Australian healthcare industry.
