Global Market wishes to announce that Grant Thornton UK LLP has resigned with immediate effect as the Company's nominated adviser.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's AIM securities will be cancelled.

The Company will remain suspended until a new nominated adviser is appointed.
