Global Partners LP agreed to acquire Retail Fuel and Convenience Store Assets of Consumers Petroleum of Connecticut, Inc. from Consumers Petroleum of Connecticut, Inc.

Global Partners LP (NYSE:GLP) agreed to acquire Retail Fuel and Convenience Store Assets of Consumers Petroleum of Connecticut, Inc. from Consumers Petroleum of Connecticut, Inc. on December 9, 2020. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021.

As of August 6, 2021 the transaction is expected to close in third quarter of 2021. The transaction is expected to be accretive within first full year of operations.
