In cooperation with the local government's COVID-19 control measures,
GlobalWafers' Chinese subsidiary temporarily suspends production until
April 8, and will resume production based on the opening schedule of
the local government's epidemic prevention measures.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)Closely monitor the pandemic evolution and take countermeasures
pursuant to local government's requirements to ensure the safety and
health of all employees.
(2)Take the advantage of its global presence in flexibly adjusting
production in order to minimize impact on customers
7.Any other matters that need to be specified: As the Chinese subsidiary
weighs less than 5% in GlobalWafers' group revenue, no material impact on
the Company's finance and operation.
