Contentserv AG signed a basic agreement to acquire stake in Contentserv, Inc. from Globalway, Inc. (TSE:3936) on September 24, 2019. The consideration comprises issuance of new shares of Contentserv AG to Globalway, Inc. Contentserv AG cancelled the acquisition of Contentserv, Inc. from Globalway, Inc. (TSE:3936) on September 24, 2020.
