Masato Kakamu agreed to acquire TimeTicket, Inc. from Globalway, Inc. (TSE:3936) for ¥40 million on May 13, 2020. Under the terms of transaction, Masato Kakamu will acquire 754 shares at ¥ 53,100 per share.
