Maciej Kamiński has been appointed to lead the team of property managers and facility managers responsible for buildings in the Globalworth portfolio. He has also become a member of the management board at GPRE Property Management Sp. z o.o.1 and will be in charge of the continuation and further implementation of the in-house property management strategy in Polish portfolio of Globalworth.

- With this in-house management model, we are able to be closer to companies that operate in our buildings. Being in direct contact with our tenants is an important element of Globalworth's philosophy. However, long-term management of such a large portfolio of real estate requires a properly selected strategy, tools and thoughtful marketing activities. Globalworth's strength is that it has a team of great specialists with extensive experience in the area of property management, which will allow us to meet the needs of even the most demanding tenants - says Maciej Kamiński, Head of Property & Facility Management, Globalworth Poland.

Currently, in-house property management has been executed in almost 80% of Globalworth portfolio GLA in Poland, including such assets as Lumen & Skylight, Spektrum Tower and Hala Koszyki in Warsaw, Renoma, Retro Office House, West Gate and West Link in Wrocław or Tryton Business House in Gdańsk.

- Since entering the Polish market, we have been gradually taking over the management of our properties. Self-management is one of our strategic business goals, and today it covers vast majority of our portfolio GLA. That is why the right management strategy and taking actions tailored to the needs of a particular property as well as its users are extremely important for us. I believe that Maciej's successes and great experience will allow us to build long-term and strong relations with tenants - comments Dimitris Raptis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Globalworth, Chief Executive Officer at Globalworth Poland.

Maciej Kamiński has more than 15 years' experience in the management of commercial properties. Between 2003-2014 he was a Facility and Property Manager of office buildings. In 2014, he became the head of a 20-person team managing a total area of over 350,000 sq m. (Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw).
