Globe Metals & Mining Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Charles Altshuler as its new Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Altshuler has over 18 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ and CA SA) and holds an Australian MBA, and advanced project management qualifications from Stanford University. Mr. Altshuler has previously held senior finance positions in Anglo American and other large corporations in various industries in South Africa, and more recently the CFO role in an ASX-listed pharmaceuticals company.

He has extensive experience in capital raises, off-take agreements, introduction of strategic investors, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger synergies, and cost reduction projects. His considerable experience in both Africa and Australia will ensure he plays a key role as Globe's CFO in maximising value for the Company and its shareholders. Mr. Altshuler succeeds Mr. Michael Fry as CFO, who will be leaving the Company this month to pursue other opportunities.
