Globe Telecom, Inc. Closes Term Loans with the Bank of the Philippine Islands and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company

Globe Telecom, Inc. signed loan facilities with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) for PHP 5 Billion and USD 95 Million, respectively. The loan shall be used to finance the company's capital expenditures, refinancing of maturing obligations, and general corporate requirements.
