(Stock Codes: 00845 and 5907) CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcements of Glorious Property Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 3 April 2017 and 5 April 2017 in relation to the delay in payment of coupon interest for the senior notes due 2018 issued by the Company (the "Notes").

The board of directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the due date for the payment of coupon interest for the Notes amounting USD26,500,000 was 6 March 2017 under the terms and conditions of the trust deed of the Notes and therefore the last day for payment of coupon interest after 30-day period was 5 April 2017. As the Company remitted the fund to settle all the couple interest on 5 April 2017, this did not trigger immediate repayment of the outstanding principal and accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes nor was there any event of default triggered under the Notes.
