The Company operates its businesses through four segments. The Property Development segment is principally engaged in the development and sale of commercial and residential properties. The Primary Land Construction and Development Services segment is mainly engaged in primary land development, including resettlement services on land held by local governments, land infrastructure and supporting public facilities construction. The Property Investment segment is mainly engaged in leasing investment properties developed by the Company. The Property Management and Related Services segment is principally engaged in property management and provision of related services.
