Completion of Sale of Asset (50% Quasi Co-ownership Interests)

GLP J-REIT announces that it has completed the sale of 50% quasi co-ownership interests of GLP Fukusaki today as disclosed in the press release titled "Sale of Assets" dated December 13, 2021.

The sale of the remaining 50% quasi co-ownership interests is scheduled to be completed on March 1, 2022, as previously announced.
