Godrej Consumer Products Limited at its board meeting held on May 10, 2023, approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), listed and /or unlisted, aggregating to an amount upto INR 50,000 million on a private placement basis in one or more tranches.
