Golden MV Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 1,025.94 million compared to PHP 1,200.82 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 259.34 million compared to PHP 277.41 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.4 compared to PHP 0.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.4 compared to PHP 0.43 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was PHP 2,573.1 million compared to PHP 2,739.52 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 687.52 million compared to PHP 657.59 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.07 compared to PHP 1.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.07 compared to PHP 1.02 a year ago.
Golden MV Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based developer of memorial parks. The Company also develops, constructs and operates columbarium and memorial chapel facilities. The Company, through its subsidiary, Bria Homes, Inc., is engaged in developing and selling real estate properties, particularly, residential houses and lots. Its segments include Residential Projects and Deathcare. The Companyâs deathcare product offerings include funeral and cremation services. Its deathcare business operates under the brand, Golden Haven. The Company also has columbaries projects within a selection of its memorial parks, including an approximately 20,000-vault columbarium beneath Golden Haven's Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, located along C5 Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Pinas. For its park developments, the Company offers memorial lots at varying sizes and price points. The Company provides four basic lot packages: lawn lot, garden niche, family patio and family estate.
