Goldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund Stock

Goldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Energy & Infrastructure Team, which is a MLP investment groups. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in master limited partnership (MLP) and other energy investments. The Fund intends to selectively use leverage to seek to achieve its investment objective. It concentrates its investments in the energy sector, with an emphasis on midstream MLP investments. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in MLPs and other energy investments. The Fund's MLP investments may include, but are not limited to, MLPs structured as limited partnerships (LPs) or limited liability companies (LLCs). The Fund's other energy investments may include equity and fixed income securities of companies other than MLPs, which are classified by a third party as operating.
