SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Goodbaby International Holdings Limited dated 28 May 2018. Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, the exercise price of the Share Options was HK5.12 per Share, which is merely a disclosure after rounding of figures to two decimal places. The Board would like to supplement that, the exact average closing price per Share as stated in the daily quotation sheets issued by the Stock Exchange for the five (5) trading days immediately preceding the Date of Grant and the exact exercise price of the Share Options granted was HK$5.122 per Share.

Save for the above-mentioned, the contents of the Announcement remain unchanged.
