The Strollers and Accessories segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of strollers and accessories under the Company’s own brands and third parties’ brands. The Car-seats and Accessories segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of car-seats and accessories under the Company’s own brands and third parties’ brands. The Other Durable Juvenile Products segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of cribs and accessories and other children’s products under the Company’s own brands and third parties’ brands. The Company is also involved in the manufacture of baby care products through its subsidiaries.
