Goodbye Kansas Group AB (publ) has decided to rent out one floor in its building in Hammarby Sjöstad to The Park, one of Stockholm’s most successful providers of co-working space. The Park’s ambition is primarily to attract tenants operating in tech with a focus on innovation and metaverse, in order to create an innovation hub in Stockholm together with Goodbye Kansas Group.

“We have learnt a lesson following the pandemic and have decided to introduce a hybrid model where employees partly work from home. This has freed up working space and the decision to welcome The Park in our building not only gives us an exciting tenant but also inspiring possibilities for synergies which is fully in line with our ambition to be a leader in converging media,” says Peter Levin, CEO of Goodbye Kansas Group.

“We are very happy to offer an entirely new concept that combines the best of two worlds – co-working in a dynamic environment with innovative collabroations that contribute to growth in people, teams and companies. The collaboration with Goodbye Kansas Group gives us a possibility to strengthen our community with an exciting new industry in an attractive area in Hammarby Sjöstad,” says Helena Rex, CEO of The Park.

The Park will move into Goodbye Kansas’ building in April 2022.
