Goodpatch Inc. announced that it has received ¥400 million in an equity round of funding on April 26, 2017. The transaction included participation from existing investor SBI Investment Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The company has raised money through third party allocation. Katsuya Kawashima represented SBI Investment Co., Ltd., and Hitoshi Igarashi represented Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
Goodpatch Inc conducts business activities with the aim of making people's lives more convenient and easier through design. The Company operates in two business segments. The Design Partner provides experience design (UI / UX) design support, and UX designers and UI designers design projects for client companies (clients) who mainly want to advance the design development of digital products such as websites and smartphone applications.
