Govecs AG is a Germany-based manufacturer of electric scooters (eScooters) and light electric motorcycles. The Company offers its eScooters under three business lines: Sharing (B2S), Delivery (B2D) and Consumers (B2C). The B2S line sells eScooters, the GO! S Model in particular, to sharing operators, such as Cityscoot in France, eCooltra in Spain and Italy, emmy in Germany and Felyx in the Netherlands, who offer short-time rental to registered users. In the B2D line, the Company markets its GO! T Model to customers from the food delivery industry, mainly in Benelux, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. The B2D line also includes the GO! Rent mobility service, which involves long-term rental to the delivery industry customers. The B2C line includes the retail platform HappyScooter, which markets eScooters, in particular under the Schwalbe brand, directly to consumers through both traditional and online channels. The Company has development and production facilities in Poland.
