Haben Property Fund agreed to acquire Wollongong Central from GPT Group (ASX:GPT) for AUD 400 million on October 6, 2021. Lachlan MacGillivray of Colliers acted as broker on the transaction. Haben Property Fund completed the acquisition of Wollongong Central from GPT Group (ASX:GPT) for AUD 402 million on October 27, 2021.
