Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back Condition Stock

Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back Condition (the Trust) is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust. The Trust is a closed-ended trust with no maturity date. The Trust operates through a single segment, which is purchase and lease on property in which the Trust has invested. The Trust’s objectives are to raise funds and loan from the financial institution to invest in immovable properties and movable properties of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers Project from Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ROH) with condition of selling immovable properties and movable properties to former owner within five years. The Trust seeks benefit from such assets by rent to ROH for business. This includes investment in other assets and/or securities and/or seeking benefit by any other means as prescribed by securities laws and/or other relevant law. The Trust’s manager is One Asset Management Limited.
