Resignation of Director

Graphene NanoChem plc. (AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that it has received notice from Dato' Sallehuddin Bin Othman, an independent non-executive director of the Company, of his resignation from the Board, effective 16 January 2018, to focus on family commitments.

The Board is grateful for the years of his valuable and constructive contributions to the Board of the Company.
