Grasim Industries Limited announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2022, considered and approved issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding INR 10,000 million, in one or more tranches.
