The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of less than 1 cent on a per-share basis. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 1 cent per share.

The silver mining company posted revenue of $52.6 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 80 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 48 cents.
