OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the 'obligation of transactions notification' received the following notifications from liable persons who participated in the 2019 remaining dividend reinvestment program:
Mr. Kamil Ziegler, Executive Chairman, obtained on 11.08.2020, 394 company shares, of a total value of Euros 3,116.53.
Mr. Jan Karas, Acting CEO, obtained on 11.08.2020, 1,897 company shares, of a total value of Euros 15,005.22.
Mrs. Katarina Kohlmayer, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 11.08.2020, 194 company shares, of a total value of Euro 1,534.54.
