Green Energy Group Limited Appoints Lau Ka Wing as Independent Non-Executive Director and a Member of Each of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Green Energy Group Limited announced that Mr. Lau Ka Wing has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee of the Board (" Audit Committee") and the remuneration committee of the Board ("Remuneration Committee") with effect from 26 February 2020.
