INSIDE INFORMATION AND PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by Green International Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', and together with its subsidiaries, collectively the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong (the ''SFO'').

The board (''Board'') of directors (''Directors'') of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (''Shareholders'') and potential investors that based on information currently available, the Group is expected to record a loss for the six months ended 30 June 2017 as a result of, inter alia, the high level of administrative expenses and finance costs and the uncertainty in the recoverability of certain receivables for which provisions may be necessary for the sake of prudence.

The Company is still in the process of finalizing the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment made by the Board with reference to the information currently available to the Group which has not been audited or reviewed by the Company's auditors. Further details of the Group's financial results and performance for the six months ended 30 June 2017 will be disclosed in the interim results announcement of the Company, which is expected to be announced on 31 August 2017.
