Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd. (NasdaqGS:GLRE) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $25 million worth of its Class A ordinary shares. The program will expire on June 30, 2022.
Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd. provides multiline property and casualty insurance and reinsurance through its licensed and regulated reinsurance entities in the Cayman Islands and Ireland, and its Lloyd's platform, Greenlight Innovation Syndicate 3456.
