Greenvale Energy Ltd is an Australia-based company engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resources in Queensland, Australia. The Company's flagship Alpha Torbanite Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south of the town of Alpha in Central Queensland. The Alpha torbanite deposit consists of two seams, an upper seam of mostly lower-grade mineralization with an average thickness of about 1.12 meters (m) and a lower seam containing lenses of torbanite up to 1.9 m thick. The Alpha Project Tenements include MDL 330, EPM27718, EPM 28487, EPM 28488, and others. The Company also has about 20% interest plus a 2% royalty over the Georgina Basin Project in the Northern Territory. The Georgina Basin Project is located in the East Tennant province in the Northern Territory, which comprises seven granted exploration licenses and three under application, for a combined total of approximately 4,500 square kilometers.
