AGAIN STRONG INCREASE IN LEASING NEW BUSINESS - NET PROFIT IN LINE WITH FY 2022 GUIDANCE

Leasing new business of EUR 565.5m

(+51.9% vs Q3 2021)

Net profit at EUR 20.3m in Q3 2022 (+1.0% vs Q3 2021) and at EUR 61.8m in Q1-Q32022 (+18.0% vs Q1-Q3 2022)

Forecast for leasing new business raised to 2.1 to 2.3 EUR bn in 2022

(previously 2.0 to 2.2 EUR bn)

Leasing new business substantially increased in all regions (growth rates range from 34% to 70% vs Q3 2021)

Equity ratio of 20.7% as of September 30, 2022 (vs 19.1% as of December 31, 2021)
