Confident that giving and receiving feedback contributes to individual progress and creates a climate of sharing and trust that fosters initiative-taking, Indosuez has decided to provide various tools to its employees to fuel feedback mindsets.

A user-friendly mobile app was made available to easily share personal development feedback on soft skills or professional aspects in just a few minutes. Training and practical examples are also available on the Digital Academy, Indosuez's e-learning platform.
Furthermore, work is underway to develop a model of good feedback and webinars will be held to support managers and their teams in the process.

'A collaborative corporate culture that fosters creativity and individual progress can be nurtured through active feedback. As part of its Human Project, Indosuez has decided to promote this mindset among its staff members by providing them with training and tools that are easy to use on an ongoing basis,' stated Anne-Laure Branellec, Human Resources Director.
