Groupe Open has continued to grow strongly in H1 2015, posting turnover of €141.8 million,
up 7.9%, of which 6.3% of organic growth.
These results are well ahead of the market as a whole, although the latter is showing an upturn in 2015 with expected growth of 1.8% (source: Syntec Numérique).
The productive workforce on 30 June 2015 was 2,965, which was up on 1st January 2015, as was the Occupation Rate. The Average Daily Rate was stable, meanwhile.
Internationally, Groupe Open continued to post outstanding sustained growth of 9.7% over
H1 2015.

Over the period, Groupe Open focused on its positioning and recorded a number of successes:
- on the major Industrial Transformation projects of its clients (+9% in H1) in France and Benelux, with a particularly strong progression on turnkey projects, thus positioning the company as a long-term partner for its key accounts;
- in developing its Production Centres and enhancing its expertise in Mobility, Geolocation, Operational Maintenance and Agility;
- in Digital Transformation (+21% in H1), notably with the launch of new initiatives, such as OpenUp.
Last April, as part of its digital strategy, Groupe Open launched OpenUp, a unique, innovative service to evaluate the mobile reputation of applications, based on semantic analysis and classification of the opinions expressed by users in e-stores.
To accompany this growth, Groupe Open has created the position of Chief Digital Officer, appointing Francis Poirot to take up this mission and the responsibilities that go with it. He will therefore be taking charge of Digital Innovation (new offerings) for Groupe Open clients and will be managing the roll-out of the company's Digital Transformation programmes in all different areas: Brand, Customer Relations, Product and Service Offering and Processes. Francis Poirot will therefore be reporting directly to Frédéric Sebag.

Summary & Future Prospects

In a more favourable economic environment, this half-year period was marked by an acceleration in the growth of Groupe Open. Its strategic positioning now provides the perfect match for the expectations of its clients, helping the group to win major contracts and significant market share for the 5th consecutive half year.
Thanks to this strategy, Groupe Open is raising its profile in pursuit of similar growth in the course of the coming periods.
With all lights on green, the company is looking forward confidently to strong growth in its half-yearly and annual operating income and net income.

The results for H1 2015 will be published on Wednesday 9 September 2015, after the close of trading and commented on by Frédéric Sebag and Guy Mamou-Mani in the SFAF meeting to be held at 12.30 pm on Thursday 10 September 2015 over lunch in the lounges of the Shangri-La Hôtel, 10 Avenue d'Iéna - 75116 Paris
