In the third quarter, Groupe Open again increased its turnover by 3.6%, of which 3.1% was organic.

In the first nine months of 2018, growth reached 4.5%, of which 4.0% was organic.

Productive headcount at the end of September 2018 was 3,670, which was stable compared with September 2017.

The actions taken since the start of this year in the realm of Human Resources management will favour the prospect of a rise in headcount on 31 December 2018.

Outlook

For the whole of 2018, Groupe Open forecasts turnover growth higher than that of the market(consulting and services +3.5% - Syntec Numérique)and profits comparable with those posted in 2017.

The target of the Open2020 strategic plan is €500 million ofturnover and an operating profit of 10%. In view of the shortage of targets for acquisition that meet the required criteria in terms of quality, management values and prices, Groupe Open will revise in the first quarter of 2019 its Open2020 strategic plan in the first quarter.

The revised plan will be submitted to the Board of Directors and will be published with comments at the meeting presenting the annual results in March 2019.

Based on a target of €400 million of turnover and an operating profit maintained at 10% in 2020, the revised plan will be a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.

Regarding the turnover target, the Human Resources policy, combined with the numerous businesswins scored in recent months, confirm Groupe Open's clear vision of organic growth significantly higher than that of the market.

Continuing the directions set forth in the initial strategic plan, the achievement of the operating profit target is based on:

  • - the continued growth of activities in the Service Centres,

  • - the development of digital operations to a significant scale,

  • - the high added-value solutions activities,

  • - the stability of structural costs, since the major investments were already made in 2017 and 2018.
