Bone Therapeutics SA announced that it expects to receive €9.74 million in funding from GROUPE SFPI SA, Société Régionale d'Investissement de Wallonie S.A., Sambrinvest S.A.

Bone Therapeutics SA (ENXTBR:BOTHE) announced a private placement of bridge loan for the gross proceeds of €4.75 million and convertible bonds for the gross proceeds of €4.99 million on April 29, 2020. The transaction will include participation from commercial bank and existing investor Sambrinvest S.A. for bridge loan; existing investors GROUPE SFPI SA (ENXTPA:SFPI) and Société Régionale d'Investissement de Wallonie S.A. for convertible bonds. The bridge loan transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
