Grupa Azoty included in UN Global Compact Yearbook Poland 2021
Focusing Grupa Azoty's activities around Sustainable Development Goals will play a part in achieving a better and more sustainable future. You can find out how the Company is addressing sustainability challenges in the anniversary edition of the UN Global Compact Yearbook Poland 2021 - one of the key publications devoted to action for sustainable development.
Grupa Azoty has been recognised for its ambitious efforts to protect the climate and advance sustainable development with future generations in mind (Uniting business for better World).
The report highlights events from the years 2020-2021, demonstrating good business practices geared towards Sustainable Development Goals. In the case of Grupa Azoty, its activities are contributing to the delivery of the following Sustainable Development Goals 2030: Zero hunger, Good quality education, Clean water and sanitation, Economic growth and decent work, Innovation, industry, infrastructure, Responsible consumption and production, and Climate action.
"Our response to the needs and expectations of the Group's stakeholders and confirmation that the Group understands its external impacts, including the way it affects the natural environment and climate, is Grupa Azoty's ESG strategy for 2021-2030. Sustainable development will be the Group's priority over the 2030 time horizon, pursued through initiatives seeking to further environmental protection, social good and responsible corporate governance. A strategic corporate project demonstrating the Group's commitment to environmental and social responsibility is 'Green Azoty'", says Grzegorz Kądzielawski, Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.

Grupa Azoty SA is a Poland-based producer of chemical products. Its products portfolio is divided into five segments.
