Dividend for financial year 2020

Pursuant to Article 56 para. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 512, as amended) in connection with § 19 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757) the Management Board of Grupa Zywiec S.A. hereby informs on:

According the Resolution No 3/2021 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Grupa Żywiec S.A. on 15 April 2021, the Company shall pay the dividend for year 2020 in the amount of PLN 32.00 per one share.

Considering the fact that according to the Resolution of the Management Board of the Company dated 10 November 2020, the Company paid to shareholders the amount of PLN 164.341.392,00 as the interim dividend towards the foreseen dividend for the financial year 2020 in the amount of PLN 16.00 per one share, therefore shareholders shall be entitled to receive the remaining amount of PLN 164.341.392,00 which means PLN 16.00 per one share,

The Company's shareholders owning shares on 23 April 2021 shall be entitled to the dividend. The dividend shall be paid out on 6 May 2021. 10,271,337 ordinary bearer shares are entitled to dividend payment.
